About Me
Hello, and thank you for visiting
My name is Deborah, and I am a fully accredited, Integrative Psychotherapist with the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP).
I hold a BA (Hons) in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy (2021) and an MA in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy for Children and Adolescents (2025). I provide therapy to adults, teenagers, and children aged 6 and up, offering a compassionate, collaborative space where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences at their own pace.
How I Work
I take a collaborative and client-led approach, believing that therapy works best when it aligns with each person’s individual needs, strengths, and preferences. My goal is to empower you to overcome difficulties, build resilience, and move toward the life you want to live.
As an Integrative Psychotherapist, I draw on a range of therapeutic models to tailor each session to the client. My core foundation is Client-Centred Therapy, supported by skills and techniques from:
- Solution-Focused Therapy
- Psychodynamic Therapy
- Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
- Trauma-Informed Practice
- Attachment Theory
- Narrative Therapy
- Existential Psychotherapy
- Mindfulness-Based Approaches
For younger clients or those who respond well to non-verbal exploration, I also incorporate creative mediums such as play, art, or storytelling — helping them access and express their inner world in a way that feels safe and natural.
Areas of Interest
I work with a broad range of emotional and psychological challenges, and I have particular interest in supporting clients through:
- Anxiety and stress
- Depression and low mood
- Intergenerational trauma
- Family systems and relationship dynamics
- Attachment and relational difficulties
- Bereavement and loss
- Navigating change
- Building self-compassion and emotional awareness

A Safe and Supportive Space
Whether you are navigating a difficult life transition, feeling overwhelmed, or seeking support for your child or teenager, I offer a non-judgmental, compassionate space where your voice is heard and your experiences are respected.
I believe that you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to walk alongside you as you explore pathways to greater understanding, healing, and growth.
